Vow Renewal **Fernando and Detra**

A couple of months ago, I had the privilege of photographing this 30th anniversary vow renewal.  It was a beautiful Southern California day filled with love, family and lots of fun. I was so touched to see the love going strong in this 30 year old marriage, so much so, I may or may not have cried during the vows. Fernando and Detra, thank you for welcoming us on your special day, being so much fun, and showing the world what a good marriage looks like.  You have a beautiful family!

While I love photographing my own weddings, I also love to second shoot for my fellow photographer friends.  It is always such an honor to be a small part of someone's special day, even when it is someone you just met!  I really enjoyed this lovely couple, their love for each other and their families!

 

 

Vow Renewal **Manny and Sarah**

I love weddings, there is such an excitement when people are starting a new life together.  I also love vow renewals, there is such a calm beauty about them.  I was so honored to be a part of my friends' special day. It was a very small and simple ceremony, but beautiful nonetheless.  What a wonderful reminder, that when it comes down to it, while all the details are beautiful and fun, all that really matters is the commitment you are making to the one you love.

Wedding **David and Monique**

I had the pleasure of assisting one of my best friends, Joanne, of Always Love Photography, photograph a wedding yesterday.  It was a hot, sunny Southern California day, but it was filled with love and laughter.  It was so nice to meet David and Monique on their special day, and to be a part of documenting it!
